Except for some minor differences, all the letter series (and later models too) shared a common block, head, and manifold design. They differed only by size, for the most part, with the shape being relatively the same. It is the commonality of the port and manifold (especially on the exhaust side) shape and design that gives the Farmalls a similar and distinctive sound/tone. And of course the other post is true also -- THE BEST SEPARTATES ITSELF FROM THE REST!!
