My dad bought a 656 diesel new in the fall of 1967. It has 18,646 hours on it today and has never had any engine work done to it. Yeah, she's starting to rattle a little when she starts, but still cuts hay, blows snow, etc. Pump was rebuilt once, TA once, 2 clutches and 2 pinion bearings. Paid $7100 with a 4 bottom plow.
