You can start it with the transmission in neutral. Sometimes a little heat and vibration will loosen a frozen clutch. After you run it for a while you might try pulling it with the engine off and trying to work the clutch free. But in all likelyhood you will need to get the clutch out. After they are unstuck they often don't last long because the clutch material has stuck to both the flywheel and pressure plate and wears away quickly.
