Just take a piece of angle iron weld 2 ears on the end so you can pin it to the existing bracket. Then put a handle on it so you can pull it or push it around. The handle wants to be straight up when parked this way when you pull it down some it will lift the front of the deck. This method would also keep it from rolling after let down. The amount of lift will be determined by the angles of the wheels and handle.
