Some info I have shows 32 MD engines were built in march 1941. 718 in the year. 42 and 43 was very low probably the war. Have to wonder how many built went to the military in that period. MD and WD6 engines used a different prefix before the serial numbers. Need to find out if the prefix was on all early ones or if engines built included both tractor models.
