The problem with the 3 hitch on the M is that the hydraulic system is not designed for it. To make the hitch work the best, you will need to add a control valve and associated hoses to have decent control of the hitch. If you just connect to the belly pump and use the valve in it, it is only one way. Thus the hitch will just drop all the way when you release the pressure. To adjust the depth, you have to pick it part way back up.
