Made progress. Only need to pick up a couple fittings and hook up the hydraulic hose.
Hitch looks well proportioned in size to the Farmall h. In my opinion some add on 3 point hitches look much too large in size hanging off the backside of a h. I believe this unit might be an early Saginaw made especially for the h only. (Before Saginaw switched to the one size fits both the model h and m with dual lifting cylinders that they currently sell that seems to look much bigger in size - especially on an h).
