IH Model505

I have a 1965 H #504 with a front bucket. As of lat, whenever i start the tractor it makes a pretty loud vibration noise which seems to be coming from somewhere at the rear of the engine. I seems to be related to the power steering because whenever the steering wheel is moved the sound changes pitch. After a while when the machine is fully warmed up it goes away. I have noticed the trans fluid seems milky. Is it possible the water in the fluid is causing the problem?It only does it until its fuly warmed up. Thanks for any help.
