12.4's are big enough for a SH. The 12 inch "stated rim" on the tire is likely 11 inch -- IH approved of tires 1 inch narrower than the tread width, which on a 13.6 is 12 inches, 11 inches for a 12.4. 13.6 tires fit noticeably better on a 12 inch rim. If you go online and find American made tires the shipping wil cancel any price advantage. Bite the bullet and get them from a local dealer.
