CUB Engine Stuck!

HI all,
I am new to this board. I have just purchased a cub tractor last week for a little over a $100
The engine is stuck. I am not sure on how to free the engine up on it. What is good to use to help free the engine up? Thanks for all the help and I will let you how the project goes. Thanks Joey
