That family of goverors use the same main housing and internals. Although with some updates over the years some will not be exactly the same. Whats different between some models is the cast housing size on top of the main housing, tube to carburetor, link from inside the governor housing to tube shaft speed control arm and the governor drive gear. Example the M governor will have all the parts I just listed a different size than a SH exept the speed control arm. SH will have a slightly different tube and shaft length than a H because of the different carburetor size. Although SH and H ones do get interchanged sometimes.
