Well ive been working on my air conditioning and not having very good luck. I charged the system with about 3 lbs. Lines started to get cold and i thought everything was working. Then I found out my condensor fans werent working so i shut the tractor off. When i shut the tractor off i saw some smoke coming from the a/c compressor clutch, what does this mean, what would cause this, and how do i fix it? Do i need a new clutch, or would a whole new compressor be better? I know the condensor was pretty darn warm without the fans running, would that have caused any damage?
