Does it have a TA and what is the condition? What is the condition of the Clutch? How many hours are on the meter? How much grease and oil are coating the engine and the transmission area? How much wear does the draw bar pull hole have? How worn are the break and clutch peddles? How much slop is in the steering? Look for evidence of any abuse and wear in the power train. Hook it to a ten or twelve foot harrow and see if it will pull it in high 4th gear in light soil or high third in heaver soil. In my opinion paint and tin are not near as important as the inside especially if you are planning to use the tractor in the field.
