Like the rest have said and i will add to this To me the suction tube is one of the Pizzs poor designs and is easily damaged while the PTO is removed or replaced .or just gets messed up over time who knows. But either way if ya want to fix it your going to have to pull the PTO. If the tube is crushed where it mounts and is loose you can pop the flat spot out of the tube with a 5/8ths deep well Craftsman socket by driving it in and tapping it a bit , i have fixed many this way. Install a new seal the correct way then set the tube a little off center and tighten down the holding clam . Be careful when putting the PTO back in the tractor and not bang the tube.
