yea the head is shot good for boat ankor. im on the fence with which direction for the head. i originally purchased this tractor un aware of its condition ...pig and a poke. tore it down after reading the post of this tractor on this forum with the kid stating he had water pushing out of the stack when towing to get it started. thought well i will yank the sleeves and see holes in the water jacket but none to be seen. went and had the head baked and sure enough crack and now feel way better knowing the head was the issue all along. i plan to replacde the sleeves was just wondering if i should toss new pistons in or reuse the old ones.
