I would be hard pressed to pay over 7-800 for it. Ya g otta keep in mind, a set of rear tires are gonna set ya back about a thousand bucks with tubes. But, being a family haurloom would make it worth more to you. I have my great uncles 51M that i would not take 5,000 bucKs for it.
