What I am not seeing are the flat rods from the plow beam up to the clutch housing, the flat rod that bolts to the front bolster, and the long round rod from the front bolster to the gage wheel on the rear. My uncle had a plow just like yours but he stopped using it about the time I became interested in how things worked. If the disk will turn, they should be fine, just load them up with grease. I am not sure if this plow needs axel brackets.
