Thank you very much. As it is now the battery is connected next to the I terminal, but that was how it was when I got it. There is a copper or brass strip that goes from the other terminal to the starter. I have a spare relay that I could put on, but it only has one small terminal, which I presume must be for the S wire. Would it be okay to cap off the wire from the resistor and try that relay? I really appreciate your help. Zach
