Your compression sounds a little low, but you can't be sure until you check it hot. If your exhaust is was blue rather than white would indicate oil burning. White in your case if the coolant level is taying constant sounds like moisture in your fuel. This is usually caused by condensation in the tank from sitting in varying temperatures, and not kept filled. You can add a comercial moisture remover and this may help your problem.
