Glennster--How hard are those charlynn pumps and torque generators to work on. Mine was disconnected by its prior owner. So I assume something is broke down in the system. Would it be possible for you to send me a copy of those manuals also? I've never worked on anything hydralics, but I'm willing to learn.
I was going to toss the whole system out, but I've noticed here recently that on ebay those systems are being bid at a premium price, regardless of how ratty they look. So I guess I'll hang on to it and try to get it fixed somehow.
I can get by without the power steering when doing normal chores, but it sure is handy when loading that big "M" on a trailer.
