Original gauges were red and green, but somewhere along the line, an aftermarket supplier got hold of a faded out original that was more or less PINK and WHITE, and made the faulty determination that the originals were ALL red and white, and that is all you can get today.
The 75# gauge is original I think to the 460, 560 series, but if you go to a Case-IH dealer and ask for an oil pressure gauge for an H or M, you will recieve the 75# gauge. Unless you are a stickler for originality, the newer style gauge is just fine.
