Do some looking at other spots on letter series tractors. I read a post a long while back (months) that talked about other places where the metal spring clip things were located. They are very rare to find blocking the hyd delete holes, but they are very common in the front bolster or something like that. I would guess if you give the junkyard a careful look you will see some. The other thing to do would be to find them in the parts book. I think the back has a lookup that will tell you all the pages that the part is found on. That should help you track down the alternate locations.
