IH/CNH/FIAT seem to have all different ideas on a way to list parts either on paper or computer. Some ways were just laughable some were ok. I could tell that whenever a new product was introduced sometimes drastic changes in parts jargon. They obviously had new people that hadnt a clue what they doing. When they came out with 8010 combine a section of parts was a grape basket. I retired in 2007 after 47 years of parts & service at dealer level. Trucks were another circus, IH insisted on propeller shafts, everybody else called them drive shafts.
