Hi ltf, I dodn't know what your time is worth but you could take brass stips and make a new cover for yours. In effect you will using your old top as a patteren. Takes alot of time to make it and solder it up but would be like a new one and a tad cheaper. The new radiators I've seen have been in the $600 range and not for any specific model and the brass is so thin you can put a dent into the metal just by squeezing it with your fingers.
