I do not know about the brakes as this is not mine. I have I worked on, a drive my late father in laws 1919 Dodge and can say the band brakes on a car that can go 45 mph is very interesting to say the least. My next car project is to bring his 1909 model T back to life. I would guess this International has a band brake somewere. For me it was so interesting how much it looks like it's life and design was started as a buck board wagon.
