I just finished rebuilding the engine on my super c.Just main&rod Bearings- pistons&rings&sleeves and had the head done with new valves-springs-guides, etc. The oil pressure needle stays about 3/4 on the gauge and after an hour of using it it drops to about 1/3 on the gauge. Any thoughts on why it drops that low and where should it be on this style gauge without any numbers on it? I did change the oil and filter after a couple months of light break-in use and it is still the same.
