If it is a fast hitch planter for the SC it is a C-251 most likely. There was a couple other models but most are 251's. They are very good planters. A picture would help a lot.
There was also an attachment(optional) to lock the drawbar in position. Then the cylinder could be removed and used on trailing equipment needing a cylinder. A piece of heavy iron cut to the right length will work. Just remove cylinder and mount the iron to the cylinder mounts. A easier way would be to install quick connectors and just unhook them from the FH cylinder and use another cylinder as hoses would need to be longer anyhow.

I don't have them loaded to photobucket and my computer is giving me fits so that will be easier than trying to post them here. I may even be able to help with some psrts for the fertilize units depending on what you need.
Binder books and maybe even YT has manuals for the C-251 and many other planters. Some parts for them are still available from CaseIH. Parts from many other models will also work.
