Gene Bender will get on eventually and solve your problem. He's the exhaust lift expert. I can tell you that you have a leaking seal somewhere. I can also assure you that you aren't leaking any fluids since there aren't any in the system. I have one too. The fluid that you mention is just water/rust/grease. The water comes from the compresed air/exhaust. Nothing you can do about it, just keep everything oiled and plan ahead for freezing in the winter time.
