Does anyone have a photo and or specs for the tool IH dealerships used to install F20 flywheels? My father-in-law and I are working on 3 F20s and thought it might be worthwhile to have one fabricated.
I believe it would have a female end to thread onto the crankshaft with a threaded male end for using the big retaining nut to push it along the tool's shaft and onto the crankshaft. The thread size obviously would match the crank, but how long should the tool be overall, and how long should the male vs. female end be? Also, should the outside diameter of the female end match the OD of the crankshaft or be maybe 1.64" smaller so it'd be easier to rotate it for aligning the pin?
