Just aquiredan IH 350. It was running when I bought it, drove it on the trailer. Couldn't get it to turn over to unload it. Put the charger on it and it's cooking at the 20 amp mark with the charger set on 10 amps. My question is the ammeter is pegged off the scale to the right and stays there when I take the charge off. Is that normal? Gentleman I bought it has three moe 350's if anyone is interested.
