Thanks, everybody, for the comments. I have at least one very badly stuck and I've had it soaking for six months. It never drains past the piston like the others. One drains quite a bit slower the remaining two, so I'm guessing it's stuck but maybe not as bad. The pistons are all about mid-range in the cylinder. And the top of the sleeves are very rough and rusty for the ones that are stuck. The other two look pretty nice on top. Inside the engine looks very clean and shiny for the bottoms of the sleeves, camshaft, connecting rods etc. Hate to butcher anything if it can be avoided.
