I originally built this for a puller, but since I have bought a place, I find it very handy. With the 24"s as expected, it's geared a bit slow, but 1st gear is perfect for tobacco planting or tilling.
This tractor sits 10" lower than a Row crop C. It was built from a 2404, and a 1949 C.
With the 135 engine...it has plenty of power, and has turned out to be the handiest tractor I have ever had....I plan to reinstall the hydraulics and add a 3 point. I also plan to install a 504 manifold, so I can reroute the exhaust under the tractor....hopefully I can also find a belly mower for it.
FYI.....2404 & 240 utility rear axles and housings will bolt right on a C or super C....if you want to convert to steel 8 lug rear wheels.
