Brake bands/Fort Knox

My Case IH parts guy reports that they no longer offer brake bands for Farmall H and after markets are $50+ per side! Wow.
I do have new linings but there are only two holes in each one. Can't find any mechanic who has equipment to punch holes AND COUNTERSINK the rivet heads. I really need brakes! (recently bent radiator, fan, lights, and umbrella stand when I used a small oak tree instead of brake bands!)

You guys can solve any problem, got a source of reasonably priced bands? Dick
