The tractor is either worth 3500 or 1500 (or 4000 to 2000 if the sheet metal and electrical system look usable, Good)depending on what you find when the engine turns or not.
Were it mine to buy, I would probably offer the 1500 as is where is and get the tires loader and front end for the price, and not try to turn the engine. If the engine turns and Actually starts, it becomes a much more valuable tractor to the owner. I am capable of the repair, if you are, do it. Jim
