Depends.... The front will likely stay on the ground, IF the thing isn't too far behind the rear wheels. You can always hang a weight on the front, even if it's just a rear wheel weight on the side of the frame rail.
Will it lift it? How strong is your hydraulic system, and how big is the cylinder on your 3pt hitch? If your hitch has room for a 4" cylinder, you'll be amazed at what you can lift with a decent hydraulic system.
