Yes, there is a mounted plow for the C/Super C without fast hitch, but they are just about impossible to find, complete, in usable condition.
On the rare occasion you do come across one, it is always missing one or more crucial pieces for the mounting brackets. Either they went with the tractor when it got sold, or they got mixed in the scrap pile in the tool shed.
If you do find one that's complete, jump on it. They are true collector's items.
