Not sure if there are dealers in the U.S., but the Farmall H (and bigger Farmall M) carburetters are made by Zenith. There are still various Zenith dealers and repairers around here. I took my carburetter to a place called Wilson Carburettors and they rebuilt it, including attaching it to a Holden grey motor afterward and making sure it would operate. Not much use to you guys in the U.S., but in general what I can find her can be found ten times over in your part of the world. Good luck.
