Is .025 out of tolerance for cam shaft alignment?

I just checked the cam on my Farmall M. From what I can tell, it is .025 off true alignment at the center bearing journal. Is this too much? I just had a machinest tell me the cam was fine. I used a shopsmith and a dial indicator for my readings.
