Some of the later Super A's would take a bigger bore sleeve and the regular A's would not. The Bigger sleeve should measure 3 7/16th at the seal ring and the early or smaller sleeve is 3 5/16th's. I had the bottom of the block bored so mine would take the bigger sleeve and the machinst charged me $40 a hole because of the set up time.
