The top shaft seal was leaking because the ball bearing on the transmission input shaft had a lot of play that had worn out the leather seal,also it wore a groove in the input yoke. Got the bearing and seals today, the redi-sleeve for the yoke will be sent UPS to me. The lower shaft bearing and seal is good with no leaks.
The lift-all leak was nothing more than one of the outlet pipes being little more than finger tight. Guess we all should get lucky once in a awhile.
There was a coil spring lying loose in the clutch housing. One end connects to the clutch throwout bearing fork but I have yet to find where the other end connects. There has to be a place somwhere so I'll keep looking. Hope the lift-all goes back as easy as it came out using the shop jack. Joe
