So I have been working on the 1456 my brother bought and I got it all rewired, new alternator, and charging and running good. But now I have a few leaks. The first is the clutch booster, it is leaking from the top closest to the clutch pedal. I noticed when I had the platform off that the shaft from the clutch pedal comes completely out of the booster which didn't seem right. I have a diagram of it looks like the 66 series. Should I just buy all new seals for it and rebuild it or is something else wrong since the shaft comes out of the booster? I didn't really want to have to buy the spool for inside since it is listed at 367.00. I have never worked on one of these so I don't know what it involves.
The second leak is at the rear of the tractor on the control valve that is connected to the left hand side SCV's. There is a large cap that has a circle in the middle of it and the oil is coming right out of the circle. I didn't know if I should buy a new cap or if there was an o ring or something that is bad.
