45108 or 50981 will make no difference because the internal parts supplied in a carb rebuilding kit are all the same. Whoever rebuilt that carb you bought did NOT do a thorough job of cleaning, They missed the crud that always hides deep down in the fuel well, thus there is NO fuel available for the main metering stem, thus the tractor will not run. Rebuilding those carbs is not as simple as just taking it apart and installing a few new parts. If you don't get the crud out of it, you have wasted your time and accomplished nothing.
