Pull the top link plate off and look over on the right side towards the top and you will see a lever arm hanging down and you will see a lever-arm coming up from the bottom . The one on the top is suppose to be on the back side of the one coming up from the bottom . Now a word of caution thinks can be SHARP and the top arm is heavy spring loaded , myself i have a hook to use to pull it back and around the bottom one . This happens when the three point arms are jerked hard and causes things to jump places they should not be . This will take less then fifteen min. to fix.
