hi i got a 1945 w9 and what would the carb adjustments be? also it backfires a lot even out the carb and doesnt seem to have much power goin up a hill it will start backfire and loose power. could all that be caused by a misadjusted carb? im also getting a carb kit for it as the needle valve tends to stick open sometimes which is part of my problem as well. any help would be very appreciated.
