Dale: Now that your talking fine details, when I did high voltage R&D work back in the '60's it was common for static current to bleed off from any sharp corners. Take a small triangle file and radius all corners on the electrode. This may help produce as clean a firing of the plug as you can get. Ya don't need stray voltage firing some of the charge early. Small detail but helpful if your going after the best spark possible.... harvey
