Yea there is and easy way but HORSE POWER COSTS MONEY . Ya can put high alt. pistons in it and ya can change them and go to a 450 manifold and cam . Recurve the dist.rework the carb up the RPM's and retime the cam . Just how much you want and just how deep your pockets are . I am getting just a whisker shy of 60 out of my S/MTA Vernon's S/MTA is getting 92 so JUSt HOW MUCH ya want.
