The experience we had at dealer level was if the orbit motor was leaking it needed replacing, runs on needle bearings inside motor, they list a seal kit but it was about as pricey as a new motor. Would check for rough bearings on fan impeller shaft while your in that area. Both items will pull your fan rpm down.
