I would say that it has been run to long with out the correct pressure setting and you have done up and went and SMOKED the clutch pack to the point that they are WELDED together . So now not only will it need a rebuild but it will also need new brake pistons and springs.Then once it is all back together then ya need to set the lock up pressure .
