Take a good look at the casting under the radiator. Thats a spot that is prone to cracking if it freezes with just water in the engine. Have a 64 lo-boy that broke there when the temps got insanely cold here in NW PA. This was in the 70's. The tractor had anti freeze in it but evidently not in the right proportions. I took it to a local guy that was known for his welding abilities and he heated it up in a blast furnace and brazed it. Never leaked a drop since. Thats the first thought I had when you mentioned freeze damage. Just a thought. Kippster
