The balls and ramps are running out of ramp from thin discs and wear surfaces. New friction discs are in order. When stacked up with the expander, the stack height should be .040" to .060" thinner than the space from surface to surface inside the housing to the tractor trans wear surface. Clean and shiny balls and ramp grooves with a touch of PTFE (triflow) based lube on the ramps. Jim
